Photographer Svahn pressed the camera's shutter at just the right moment, and it's quite an achievement, because it's not the easiest thing to do. The laughing girl is caught in the second she pushes a cream cake into a man's face, causing the cream to squirt.
She looks so happy and that's understandable. Right now I don't know more about the subject than what's visible, but that may change.
