Tylorstown in the British province of Wales. A community that arose in the 19th century around coal mines in the area. The last mine was closed in the 1960s. Here a woman hangs her freshly washed wet clothes to dry in the sun in the backyard of their house. The picture was taken by KG Kristoffersson who traveled around England in 1945 after the end of World War II.
