Women in the spring sun in the past. 7 girls fight for 1 man in the weaving town of Borås. That is the headline in the photo report in Se no. 20 1942 page 13. The theme of the report is that it is claimed that there are seven girls for every bachelor. Thus a shortage of men. Here are the seven ladies: Ruth-Marie Skog, Cajsa Hindriks, Harriet Westergren, Sonja Dahlgren, Barbro Thornander and Ulla Svedman. The happy bachelor in the picture is called Sven Nilsson and is a waiter at the Grandhotell in Borås. 1942.
