Stig Järrel. Actor. 1910-1998. Here during the filming of the film Fram för lilla Märta, a Swedish comedy film from 1945 with Stig Järrel in the role of the unemployed musician Sture who dresses up as Märta Letterström to get work in a women's orchestra. Märta soon becomes widely known and is elected to the Riksdag and there a combative women's rights activist. Directed by Hasse Ekman. The film premiered on 29 September 1945 at the Stockholm cinema Astoria.
