Fred Åkerström. The troubadour who was one of the most famous singers in Sweden during the 1960s.
The photo was taken by Per Angré in 1967, the same year that Fred's daughter CajsaStina was born. At this time, he achieved great success with his interpretations of Carl Michael Bellman, whose works and songs many thought his voice was cut and ready for.
Fred Åkerström died in 1985 at only 48 years old.
