Hamburgerbryggeriet was a brewery on Surbrunnsgatan/Norrtullsgatan in Vasastan in central Stockholm.

It was the German beer brewer Fritz Dölling who founded the business back in 1869. The brewery was one of the first in Sweden to offer so-called pilsner beer.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the workforce was 241 people and the distribution of the beer was handled by horse and cart.

The lovely old interior picture from the early 1900s shows a detail from the manufacturing process where one of the workers looks contentedly at one of the bottles.
