Inger Hoddø. Wife of Oskar Hoddø (1916-1943) He was a Norwegian singer, composer and resistance fighter. Hoddø is best known in Sweden for having written the lyrics to the waltz "Nidelven stille og vakker du er". The song was a local hit in Trondheim for a long time but became a hit all over the world. Inger Hoddø is photographed with Kjell Rian in his music shop in Trondheim. Kjell was the one who arranged the melody and had it recorded.
