Volvo Amazon. a passenger car from Volvo that was launched for dealers in Skövde on August 3, 1956 and for the public on September 1-2, 1956. Volvo's car model Volvo Amazon was launched as a successor to the Volvo PV 444. The car in the picture is one of two prototypes of the car with chassis number X2 that was used in the first sales brochures for the Amazon with regnr 024124. The color of the car was red and white and was right-hand drive.
